Idaho’dan sonra Teksas olur diye düşünüyorum çünkü zaten plan NM - OR - WA - TX di. Yani normalde Washington’dan sonra Teksas’ın gelmesi lazım. Fakat
daha sonra oluşan L şeklini ortadan kaldırmak için Teksas ertelendi ve Utah - Idaho araya alındı.
